Thanks ... I had PM'd Mauro and he said they'd be at the Arlington store. So I think I'm covered!

i dont mean to impose, but i have both new cures and thin finns, my thin finns are size 26, and my cures are 25. The cures without a doubt are baggier than the fins by a lot.

I like the APC's minimalist look better.

+1. If you take off the button, these lack any detailing that will give them away to someone who isn't familiar with them. I have a pair of Nudie Slim Jims as well as some APC NS and the Nudies aren't even close to the quality. I wouldn't really recommend Nudies other than a first pair of denim as they are nowhere near as crunchy as I prefer.

I remember last year when trying my first higher end jeans at barneys. A pair of new standards and slim jim dry japans. I was much more impressed with the feel, color, hardware, fit and detailing on the new standards. Then again, Nudie does have a million cuts and washes, which is cool.

Hehe, that button was supposed to stay on the jeans (the one with "APC" on a tiny safety pin)? I threw that one out as soon as I got my Rescues. I didn't know they could stay on the jeans.

I think they're referring more to the top button on the fly...

No, we were referring to the little safety pin button that comes on the right front belt loop. I also took mine off immediately and gave it to my girlfriend, who likely lost or tossed it.

for what its worth: I am really liking the fit of my APC rescues in 28. I have only been wearing them for about a month, but the whiskers and honeycombs being set in are going to look real good over the next few months. I like the slightly wider leg opening of the rescues, and i would highly recommend them. I don't have any experience with nudies, except i saw a bunch of salespeople wearing them at uniqlo.
