anybody know of any cobblers who will
Change black Edge to antique edge? Sublime no longer does it. Should any competent cobbler be able
To do it? Also, I understand trust is one thing but trust aside.

Thanks. Yeah, they came with mahogany edge and welt from Alden ( though the order was for antique) so I took them to my cobbler and showed him my other Alden with antique edge. He did a fine job with them.

Surprisingly, even the welt was converted to antique as well( on the sides) which I think was because it was mahogany and not black.

If this is plaza from Harrison's, I think this is a very underrated shoe. I have a pair and reach for them all the time to pair with slacks for work and also for narrow-opening jeans. Relatively rare, as well. @ATLVol's pics inspired me to get a pair.

Running the choco tankers today.  Second day this week I've worn Barrie suede on commando, and it is soooo comfortable!

Thanks- that's probably the best bet rather than tackling it myself with scissors.

Does anyone go sockless in lined loafers? Do your feet really destroy the lining? I am really craving a pair of color 8 loafers but Im not sure if BB stocks a C width.
