Not completely sure, but since that is color 8, I would guess it’s Alden’s glaze. It probably dripped some on those spots, but not 100% certain. I have similar spots in some of my shoes. They have in general faded a bit and has become less noticeable. Frankly after you wear them and crease them up some, you won’t really notice it too much.
