Hair Styling Tips

Hey.

I have a problem with my hair... to a certain extent. I'm an Asian guy, and when i say Asian, I'm refering to like Western Asia, like India etc. not China. I admit, 'India' hair is hard to style. I straighten it, and looks great. But my problem comes in with how to keep a style. When I straighten it, I always walk outside and it frizzes and blows all over the place. Ive tried pre-straightening products, e.g. Redken Starch Spray and I've tryed wax. When i use wax, my hair curls, even when I use a tiny amount. Ive tryed Tresseme hairspray, and doesn't work. I used to have longer hair, but now have it medium and spikey.
Any idea's what product I could use, or techniques that could work...?

Cheers

Get it chemically straightened? It's not that expensive and it actually lasts quite a while if you have longer hair.
