The people who haven't figured it out by now aren't going to figure it out by July. Just do it already and flush out the people who haven't gotten it done.

I think a big reason for the delay is to allow the currently-issued coupons to expire and get the money into the hands of people on the waiting list.

Personally, I am a big fan of the switch. My box cost me $20 after coupon. I used to pull in one signal really well and about three with snow (close to towers in a fairly large city). The improved tuner in my Zenith box now pulls in about 15 channels, perfectly clear, plus I have an EPG guide.
