Yogurt can be quite healthy if it is skim or low-fat and isn't loaded with sugar.

Im not in college. Thanks for the ideas so I should be eating pasta, eggs, yogurt I think is pretty expensive, vegetables, chicken breast, tuna.

Well damn. I've been looking for a cheap protein powder, but I think I might down a lot of this stuff instead. I'm guessing the zero-fat version is made from skim milk?

EDIT - Oh yeah, and you might disagree with the guy's post above, but keep in mind the OP was talking about cheap only.

Cheap != healthy.

Noodles, eggs, fatty foods, etc... can be dirt cheap, but not necessarily good for you.

Yah man, this stuff really is the shit. They run about $2 and you get 2 cups out of each. So for 8 bucks, you get 8x 22g protein snacks. Not too shabby...

Add in some cinnamon and chopped berries, and it's bomb!
