It's neat, the usual batch of conservatives were pretty quiet for most of the primaries and even early campaign but have apparently convinced themselves to go whole hog down the stretch.

and she has a lot to answer for, if it was you or me that mishandled 33k emails some with sensitive info, we wouldn't be able to get away with it, Did Bush and Obama answer for breaking the constitution? Count me among the skeptics when it comes to accountability of high-profile politicians, they very rarely pay for their crimes.

Right-wing premiere of BC got busted deleting tons of emails and nothing happened. It's only a piss off if it's done by the other team.

This is goddamn depressing.

that's not how our justice system works. the president doesn't get to jail whoever he wants to just because he wants to without any evidence.

she already deleted the emails. what do you want her to do? resurrect them? FBI even recovered 15000 emails after the deletion and they still couldnt find anything.

not only that she didn't violate the subpoena. you dont get to simply make up your own facts.

if you and i mishandled classified email as secretary of state we wouldn't have to go through several congressional hearings, 800 pages of reports, and investigations by the state department inspector general, the FBI, the justice department, and especially by a career republican picked by republicans to try and prove that we did something we didn't do just so our political opponents could score some political points. we might be fired if we were still at the job. but if all that happened and not even a misdemeanor charge was filed are you still guilty?

At the very least - someone who knowingly mishandled classified information then lied about it and tried to cover it up should not be a nominee for president.

I call bullshit.

Right wing premiere in BC? Who you trying to kid? wink.gif

Also, didn't Clark use pretty much the same defense as Clinton? Just a guideline misunderstanding with maybe a little tech issue?

This isn't really the issue I have with the whole email shindig. The issue I have is why-the-fark-would-you-have-a-mail-server-in-your-basement. There is absolutely no reason for anyone to host a mail server on a machine in her basement unless she's a tech junkie that wants to learn the ins and outs of Postfix. Is Hillary a closet Linux nerd? If not, my conclusion is that she requires privacy beyond that which is available from services like Google Apps or even the Clinton Foundation.

Why would someone require such privacy? Is it because she doesn't want anyone to know how honest she is?

her husband used to be president.... they already had a server in their basement..

Yeah...pretty sure that server predates google apps...

Back in the day, someone paying to have their own tech person might end up with some wonky solution like that.

CNN headline "So Who Won the Debate?" lol8[1].gif

If non-zealots can agree that Hillary won the first debate, they can agree that Trump won the second debate and the victory was much more clear than her triumph over Trump in the first one. Megyn Kelly was on the brink of a breakdown before and after, exclaiming Trump "rated women on a scale of 1 to 10!" What a monster. Ranking the opposite sex on a scale is perverse and not the norm. We are outraged.

My understanding is that Bill's email (and the rest of the foundation's) was hosted on servers at the foundation headquarters. If this is incorrect, link the source, please.

Back in what day? 2008? 2009?

Nobody, especially gubernment, should have had a mail server in her basement in 2008.
