I'll probably grab an overcoat and some chinos with it.

I'm considering the coats myself. That's not a bad deal for them.

Yeah, the price isn't bad. Post pics when you get your suits.

Sorry regarding the Black Friday deal secrecy. Was told not to let anything slip earlier frown.gif Hope some of you still held back purchases and used the deal.

Likewise. Was confident I'd never buy from Indochino. Talked to Jason at thickasthieves, ordered a suit... never got the invoice. Heard about the discount... ordering two suits and a blazer.

Did they deduct the money from your account? I had problems communicating with those guys too. A few years ago, I tried to order from them. We went through a string of emails to clarify my order, and they just stopped responding. I guess they feel like they don't need the business. I blew it off and never went back.

No, see, that's the thing. I had the invoice sent to my parents; they were going to buy me one for Christmas. Couple weeks later I asked about it, just to see what they'd thought of his customer service or what have you. They'd never gotten the invoice. Love the look, never going back.

I'm thinking of ordering  a top coat from Indochino.

I'd like to order one based on my best fitting Indochino suit.  Here is what I'm thinking (in addition to my suit measurement on the site):

Shoulder: +0.75"
Chest: + 0.75"
Stomach: + 0.75"
Jacket hip: + 0.75"
Length: Measure to just above knee
Sleeve: +0.5"
Bicep: +0.5"
Wrist: +0.5"

Thoughts?

Thanks.

I've read lately about how the company's customer service has been slacking. I made my first purchase about a week prior to the Black Friday special. I emailed them back and asked if I ordered another suit to toal my first and the latest purchase over $700 if they would honor me with 30% off all.

They emailed me back and said they would go back and refund me the discount accordingly. So I'm fixing to get another suit. I'll let you guys know how that goes.

I had a good experience with their customer service.  I had my custom tux delivered, and the tux jacket needed to be remade (see above).  Due to how long it takes to ship, plus me being out of town, I received it with only 4 days left to choose a remake.  Sadly, I had let 5 days pass before getting my butt in gear to order a remake online, but alas, the option had disappeared.  I emailed CS to let them know what happened and to see if there was anything that could be done.  One of the CS reps (I forget her name at the moment) kindly extended my remake window so that I could indeed get it remade.  The replacement jacket just came two days ago and it's great!

Maybe you can shed some light...

Why's it so difficult to get a clear answer from customer service? I've been going back and forth with them about a measurement issue for 5 days, and I still have no clue what I should do.

My measurement profile says that my jacket's chest is 40.25in. The actual jacket is 38in. I'm not sure what happened there, but I need to get the actual size between 40 and 41 inches. No one seems to be able to give me a straight answer on how I can do this!....hahaha.

--Did the tailor make a mistake the first time? If so, should I leave my profile at 40.25 and hope that the tailor follows directions this time?

--The customer service rep' told me to add 2 inches to my profile. Is he telling me that I should increase my profile measurement to 42.25 inches so that my actual jacket will be 40in?

What the fxck is going on here!? This is the same frustrating nonsense that I went through with my first order and remake, and that one STILL wasn't accurate.

+1.

Indochino thinks they sent me a sport coat with a 34" chest. They did not.
