US airstrike on Syrian government troops

Given the sensitivity of the area, and the history of US strikes on friends, hospitals, civilians etc in the last few years, surely they could have been a bit more careful in Syria, ensuring that they are hitting the right people?

What, to my mind, makes it worse, is that there is almost never a genuine apology when such things happen, usually some kind of justification, or disinformation, or outright denial, and then a rather mealy mouthed grudging apology in the end, when a straight forward, honest, apology would have a very much better long-term result.

This to me is a non event. Hell, it couldve been an accident very plausibly.

Anyone who knows anything about trje middle east knows that theres two sides in syria:

United states -> saudi arabia , qatar , turkey , israel etc.... Supporting fsa , nusra , isis (at some point)

Vs

Russia, iran , hezballah supporting assad.
As a middle eastern christian thats my side now and forever

The american people simply does not give a fuck that their money and weaposn go to alqaeda. In fact people everywhere on the planet have become numb to everything. Me included

all points to that being an accident but they can't officially appologize because Assad is in theory the enemy in Syria, even if they don't egage him directly
