Help with color coordination of sweater over dress shirt look

I'm looking for some advice on coordination colors. I have some nice sweaters that fit me well in Maroon, Navy, light blue and tan. The only color combination I've found that I think looks good is the navy over a light blue ocbd with khaki trousers. Perhaps you could give me some advice:

Not so sure about this one, your thoughts?

I may be colour-blind, but... Why not wear the sweater from the second picture, while wearing the same pants in the first picture? It looks like they would match well.

You really think so? I think I tried that and they were way too close in color and it looked awkward. I could try it again and take a picture though

Try not to be too matchy-matchy with casual clothing. More importantly, don't buy the same thing in different colors.

Digging the third picture, but the billowing isn't me, if you could get the pants inseam reduced, I think it'll be a good fit. Good luck!
