[Lost 20lbs] New body measurements - where to start?

Like the title indicates, I've lost 20lbs and have already had 4 of my jackets altered. But something is missing.

I want to buy some new Jackets off of eBay. I was 40R but now dunno -- maybe 38R? 36R?

Question is: how do I take correct measurements in order to buy Jackets/Shirts/slacks off of eBay?

TIA!

FYI -- I'm 170lbs; 5'11.7"

You'll need someone to take them for you.  You can have a tailor do it or simply buy a measuring tape and ask a friend.  There are a bunch of YouTube videos on how to measure.  Given you've only lost weight (your arms/length didn't shrink), you'll need your new shoulders, chest, and waist.  Congrats btw.

Your first move should be to sell me your old 40R designer suits

I doubt very much you will be a 36, maybe a 38.

Congrats
