Removing crease marks from trousers?

I have a pair of brown chinos that came with pleats. I, myself, don't find pleats to go well with casual clothing such as polos, sweaters or short-sleeved shirts and so I want to remove the pleats. I've had these pleats on the chinos for maybe three months and I find it hard to remove them, but there has to be some way of doing it?

Thanks in advance.

I think i grasp what you are asking but hard to tell the way you asked. Do you mean pleats or creases?

If you want the pleats removed it would be less complicated, less expensive and more practical to buy a new pair. Not an easy job that most tailors don't execute well.
