Ok Chode Jugglers, poast in here and send me a PM with your email if you are interested in playing a little fantasy football this year. Format will be determined by number of players and a straw poll once sign ups are over.

I'm going to cut off sign ups on the 21st so we have time to bicker about format and league dues etc before setting a draft date/time.

Cool, I think we have an even 10 all together - I'll be making a league up and sending out emails via that shortly. I'm familiar with the ESPN setup, but I'm open to other sites if anyone has a strong preference.

STRONG preference for Yahoo. ESPN is light years behind in terms of interface graphics, ease of waivers, etc. You as commissioner can also set it up as a cash league where everyone has to buy their team before the draft starts, thereby saving yourself the hassle of collecting dues from everyone.

Sounds good. Any feelings about a buy-in amount? I'd rather play for a little money, but if it's going to rule some people out, I'd rather play for fun than not at all.

How are we setting the payout ratio between 1st 2nd and 3rd?

I'm also fine with $50, but I'm afraid that some people who signed up are 1st timers or not all that interested (in which case $50 seems a little steep) - anyone object to $50?

@ $50 buy in a 300/150/50 split for a 10 team league sounds good to me.

We looking at a 4 team or a 6 team playoff?
