Red Cheeks

I've got really red cheeks. I've always had them. It used to be cute having the Raggedy Andy look (to go with my extremely curly hair, but brown not red), but now it's just annoying. It's not rosacea or a disease or anything, it just always looks like I got done running or being out in the cold. Is there any product anyone could suggest to help with this? I've got normal skin on the bottom of my face but my T-zone is relatively oily. The red spots are also dry, and sometimes flaky, so i think at the least i need an oil-free moisturizer.

I posted a similar question last year, maybe you can find it. I never did get around to trying the products. I just stopped caring my nose got red.

Consider using one of the face moisturizers with tanning agents. It won't take away the red, but adding a slight amount of color will make the red less apparent.

Or, see a doctor about rosasea (is that spelled correctly?)

I'm certain that it isn't rosacea, but then again, seeing a doctor is probably a good idea. He/she could at least point me in the direction of what steps to take.

I used to have a little of it going on, it went away when I turned 22/23. Try taking Carlson's fish oil, it should keep those sebaceous glands in check.

IIRC, you're Scottish? So you're Irish, really, and you have an Irish complexion. Welcome to it.

I'm American. My family has been in American for 250 years. I wouldn't say that there's too much pure Scottish left in me. Plus, I don't have anything that resembles a stereotypical Irish complexion.

Pick up a drinking habit. You already look like a drunk.

Just kidding, see a doctor.
