Affordable Custom Cotton Unconstructed Casual Blazer?

Hi folks,

I have been learning a lot from this forum in last couple months and this is my first post. So recently I ordered several custom blazers from trumaker and trunk club, they are nice, but because of being heavier-weight and the material, they still look a bit overdressed considering I work in a tech company in Silicon Valley and most people here including management would wear hoodies/t-shirts/untucked shirts.

I had one blazer which I purchased from Gant two years ago, and this looks pretty casual so it's kind of perfect for me to not overdress, but catch the look at the same time. So I'm wondering if there's any company that would custom such blazers at an affordable price ( say under $500) . (I'm too skinny so often hard to find RTW clothing quite fit)

Check out Yoox for Boglioli. They make some really nice casual SCs.

Luxire or Spier & Mackay are probably in that price range for custom.
