Greetings everyone. I am trying to get the value of a pair of Orange Tab 505 Levi jeans. They are from the 1960's and belonged to my mom.

Here is the inside description on the tag which is in a typewriter font:
W30 L30
7991 011
509-0217
037690
513 E
09 047
Typewriter stamped also, the outside of the pocket label reads:
509 0217 which is typewriter stamped

Any insight would be much appreciated!
