I just made an important discovery!!

I went to get some supplies for a little NY get together tonight. I discovered a store run by Arabs (?) here in town that stocks all sorts of goodies. Being stuck in the middle of the mid-west this was a welcome surprise.
I bought a can of anchovies.


Turns out that its little anchovie rolls with a caper in the middle of each them packed in olive oil.



Whom ever thought this up should be given the Noble Prize.

They had some awesome olives there too

I'm not wasted. I'm still mixing my first gin and tonic.


But dude, this brings anchovies to another level of perfection. Its a revelation!
