A navy/dark-blue gents overcoat by Stanley Blacker. Nice 'comb' to the fabric, with a bit of length, vs. the 'brillo-pad' look... Blend includes: 60% wool, 20 poly, 15 cashmere, 15 other. Good conservative look with 3-button SB, two flap pockets, 3-button sleeve-ends, and no other external accoutrements. Full deeper-blue lining, 3 inside pockets. Single vent with button. - New, never-worn, pockets still stitched. $155., packaged respectfully, and shipped to the ConUS

So would the fabric be super 110s

Well, yes....the uber-rare slip of the keyboard....

That is, indeed, '5% other'...
