My Allen Edmond's size is 7EEE for the Park Ave/Strands last. What does this convert to for other popular shoes?

I wish I could make a day and go to every single shoe store to try on shoe sizes, but I don't live in a big city and only had the chance to visit an AE store the last time I visited St Louis. Because I have wide feet (probably due to the low arch), what shoe sizes do these translate to? I'm looking for C&J and other popular brands that are being sold in the marketplace here because I need to buy black and dark brown shoes sometime in the future.

I'm not sure exactly, but maybe this is a good place to start: http://www.styleforum.net/a/allen-edmonds-sizing-guide

If you wear 7EEE Parks Avenues and Strands, I'd recommend you try size 7EEE in other shoes, as well.

It may not always be the right size, but it's pretty much the best place to start.

'Course, if you can't try them on before buying, you'd be wise to buy only with an easy, inexpensive, and clearly spelled out return policy from the seller.
