What's your budget. Are you looking for fit or wow factor? I really like Papi, 2exist, Dolce and Gabbana

IMHO Polo RL make some decent briefs as well, if that's a brand you'd be interested in.

I've worn Sunspel in the past but switched to MyPackage. Despite their off-putting name and high price, I found their 'Weekender' variant the best I have worn.

Go with Gabbana.

Personally, I like Uniqlo's Airism underwear line.

Under Armour original boxerjock - winner every time

For the budget price point, Uniqlo has excellent briefs. I personally hate the seamless variants, but that's just me. The normal range are great.
