Bought these shoes from Lance Hughes (Virtual Clothes Horse) but unfortunately they are too big for me. Retail price was $995. I think they are either Norwegian or reverse welted. The toe has a faint medallion 'antiquing' effect. Photos are in this link: http://picasaweb.google.com/ferry.c....tellasiForSale The sizing probably fits somewhat a little longer than US 11M and I provide some measurement below (measured from the bottom sole): Width at the widest point of the sole: 4.5 inches Width at the narrowest point of the sole: 3 inches Full length from heel to toe: 12.75 inches Looking to sell them for USD $461 / CAD $473 (my cost) + shipping. You are more than welcome to check them out in person if you're in Toronto, just let me know. Edit: added one photo of the soles.

For comparison purposes, what size do you take in EG or C&J or Lobb if you have any of those.

Unfortunately I don't have those but US 11D for Grenson Masterpiece oxfords fit me pretty well. I usually take US 10.5E for most Allen Edmond shoes, if that's a useful comparison. These Mantelassi shoes are too long for me (having heel slippages) but the width is okay for me.

Pardon me, my Grenson Masterpieces were actually US sizes 11D. These Grensons were for the US market and I bought them a while back from Bennie's in Atlanta.
