You will be hard pressed to find better workmanship or leather than from il Micio (a famed bespoke shoemaker in Florence): https://thearmoury.com/catalogs/artisans/il-micio/il-micio-leather-card-case-atoll/il-micio-leather-card-case-souris

Hermes is also pretty amazing, but it isn't cheap: http://usa.hermes.com/leather/small-leather-goods/card-cases/porquerolles-card-case-24959.html

Newbie here, so I hope no one thinks I'm spamming with a first post!

Anyway, I got mine from http://outlineleathergoods.com/

You can choose which leather, stitching colour and style (angled or round) and looks like they ship internationally.

I've been through many of these. The one that lasted the best and still looks near new? Louis Vuitton Black Epi leather. I don't mind it because the branding is so subtle and barely visible.

The others posted above look good too.

Have had my eye on this one from Chester Mox. Leather is nice but I haven't bought it (and probably will never) because I don't like the big logo.
