And, there are a bajillion places to hang out in in DC. But I guess that depends on the time of day.

I actually worked at Sonar for a couple of years. Don't let the parking lot that it shared with the now-defunct Hammerjacks scare you off, that shithole drew all kinds of creeps but it's been shut down and now the lot is 100% Sonar.

I might be down. Will Baltimore folks be driving all the way or hopping on metro? Bethesda (or Silver Spring) makes sense for those coming from the north. I'm up for either.

I wish there were a Brewer's Art in DC!!

Hmm, with so many of us going from Bmore down would anyone want to carpool?

The idea of four random people who have never met carpooling from Bmore to DC is too hilariously bad to pass up.

Sounds like fun! Would be rather bizarre.

pizza paradiso is a great bar. They were voted the best beer bar in dc by beer advocate. Great pizza too. Prices aren't too bad either. Bartender is very knowledgable about all the stuff they serve too.

My friends and I walked out of that place because of the terrible waitress we had^.

J.Pauls is bleh, although they're pretty well known for their crab cakes, which I thought were bleh. I like Penang, this really great Malaysian restaurant that's right off of Dupont circle. It's actually a restaurant/bar.

Hmm, I forgot I lived in DC for 3 years and worked there for 2, I actually know the area pretty well.

Denimbar would be a good place to meet up, then heard over to the Blue Gin lounge in Georgetown for quality drinks, and there are a ton of clubs on M and 18th to go if you guys like to dance.

Also there is a 24 hour french restaurant in Georgetown that is really good but I forget the name.

Heh and if we go to Georgetown there is an H*M and Zara right across the street from each other so everyone can try on the clothes and marvel at the fit then complain about the lack of quality.

Why don't we do this in Feb though? It will be a little warmer, and after the holiday cash crunch we all might have a little more money. I'm speaking for myself here of course.

You mean Au Pied De Cochon (Pig's Feet) at Wisconsin and N streets? It's now a Five Guys...
