I went to a place in Indianapolis when I was big into HS running and they had this thing where you run on a treadmill for 15 minutes and they video tape it and then make the shoes that best fit your running style/pronation. I got my flats and my spikes there every year. It was amazing. Never had foot injuries, hell, i put in 40+ road miles a week and i never got shin splints. It's amazing what properly fitting shoes can do for you.
