A more versatile watch (Under $15k if you please)

So I'm in the market for a new watch and looking to get something relatively versatile. I'd love to get a watch that is comfortable in both casual/semi-casual settings as well as not entirely inappropriate for the workplace. I currently own a Calatrava 36mm for client meetings/dinners etc. so won't need something so toned down in style as that.

Anyway, to the details... Looking for something sub $15k ideally, but could stretch up somewhat if there was something that blew me away. I'd like something around 40mm or larger, prefer leather to steel bracelets, not a huge fan of divers or hefty watches like Panerais also. Other than that list (which when I look at it results in a fairly narrow selection of watches) I'm pretty open to suggestions. I like some of the JLC Master range, although my concern is they might look a little off in more casual settings, Does anyone have any ideas as to what might work for my requirements? I'm usually quite conservative on this stuff so if people can help open my eyes that would be a great help!

Over 40mm, leather bracelet, not too bulky, no divers, under 15k

Have you looked at the IWC Portugieser?

The Vacheron Constantin Traditionelle is also nice, with in-house movement

Thanks, I actually just took the plunge on the IWC Portuguese Chrono w/ blue dials - went to the local AD and fell in love, so great suggestion!

Nice, I'm also a fan of blue dials with a leather bracelet.
