Alcohol free Cabernet Sauvignon?

Someone recently gave me a bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon which says "alcohol extracted". I'm sure it's crap wine, but it raised the question in my mind "How do they extract alcohol from wine?!". Any ideas how they would do this?
