And yet, witnesses say that he yelled "“Allahu Akbar!”

This is not something that Christians generally say.

Like I said before, the chance of him being Sunni is tiny, and begin a practicing Shia still small, and Shii haven't staged attacks outside of ME in quite some time , even then then they targeted political figures.
And as an expression it's not even used that much by Iranian shias I've come across (they more often opt for Ya Ali)

Every source is now revealing that he was a mentally disturbed victim of bullying, perhaps with a [German] nationalist bent

Hard to guess motives here, sets Breivik as profile pic but shouts allahu ackbar when shooting people, weird.

I yell it daily and I'm not religious at all. Every time a pokemon hunter is in my yard, I run out only wearing an untied bathrobe swinging a baseball bat while yelling ALLUHA AKBAR!!!!. You should see them run. rotflmao.gif

What a weird obsession some of you have.

When mass killers show even minor hints of affinity for jihadist groups, as they did in recent attacks in Orlando, Fla., and Nice, France, their actions are swiftly judged to be terrorism. But when their source of inspiration appears to be right-wing extremism, as Mr. Andrä speculated could be the case in Munich, they are often treated as disturbed loners.

Except even in this case there is a tendency to focus on some nonexistent "evidence"

what a load of drivel this articule, apologetics at its finest

We judge those events to be islamic terrorism because that's what they are; there's clear evidence like in case of Orlando. In case of Munich there were conflicted reports about what he really shouted during the shooting, and whether was he right wing or islamic terrorism or just a lunatic. There's no double standard here, media and people did not hesitate to call Anders Breivik a right-wing terrorist the second the major facts were in.

German minister making an idiot of himself

“We cannot ignore — and I don’t know the solution, but without a doubt, and this was the case in this instance — that the glorifying of violence in internet games has a damaging effect on the development of young people,” Thomas de Maizière, the German interior minister, said on Saturday.

anyway this summary from telegraph has more details than usual articules;
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2016/07/23/munich-shooting-german-iranian-gunman-targeted-children-outside/
Quote:
Sonboly, who killed himself at the end of the attack, had set up a fake Facebook account using the identity of a pretty teenage girl. Using the name “Selina Akim”, Sonboly posted a message hours before the attack saying: “Come today at four o’clock to McDonald’s at OEZ [shopping centre]. I am giving away anything you want as long as it’s not too expensive.”
Quote:
Sonboly also had documents relating to a gun attack on a school in Bavaria in 2009 in which 16 teenagers were killed as well as a book called Why Kids Kill: Inside The Minds of School Shooters. On the day of the attack, according to the newspaper Bild, Sonboly told associates via a computer game message: “Come to the McDonald’s and I will come and get you and shoot you.”
Quote:
It comes as a teenage girl who lived in the same apartment block as Sonboly said he had told classmates: "I will kill you all." The 14 year old girl, who also attended the same school, said he was clever but was bullied and only had two or three friends he would hang around with. She recalled how during a row a few months ago he had vowed to kill his classmates. "In an argument, he said he wanted to carry out a massacre. He said: 'I will kill you all'." The girl said she saw Sonboly in the apartment block around midday on Friday - just hours before the shooting spree.
Quote:
He used his account on the Steam network - which allows users to play computer games against each other - to issue
"Come to the McDonald's and I will come and get you and shoot you," he reportedly told his friends using a microphone.

judging from this articule it does not come across as an act of terror

Will this hurt or help his case for asylum?

All Syrians get asylum, so neither.

There seems to be a lot of anticipation and longing for some right wing violence in Europe.

I'm pretty sure it's coming.

Somewhere in Germany, France, or Scandinavia, there have got to be some natives who watch the daily mayhem and will ultimately decide to take violent action.

Then, the immigrant apologists will finally be able to say, "see, it's not immigrants that are the problem."

Warriors of Odin.

Everyone besides them knows its not the solution and the solution has to come via the politicians and a reworked UN refugee agreement.

Violence won't solve anything, starting to deport people who have received asylum back to their countries, which are now safe on the other hand will. Which is something the legal systems are now focusing on. There is a huge back log and most European countries don't have birth right citizenships like the US f.x. Has, so we can essentially deport 2-3 generations.

Syrian refugee murders woman with machete and attacks several others in Germany.

General Flynn was on Bill Maher Friday. They were agreeing about the cultural oppression forced upon gays/lesbians/women, and going on about the damage being caused across Europe. Flynn said something about Obama wanting to bring 100,000 refugees into the U.S., and the audience started cheering. It's like some sort of sick obsession liberals have with cultural suicide which is apparently the holy grail of social justice - far more important than supporting gays, lesbians and women.

Reports are saying some guy ran him over, when he saw him killing the woman and injuring the other 2.
