My first time in any Friday challenge. Some of you mentioned foolish looks and train-wrecks. Here is what Baudelaire said once (my translation): "Beauty is always bizarre. I wouldn't say purposeful, or conscious, or cold bizarre, because in that case it would be a monster derailed from tracks of life. I'm saying that beauty always contains a little bizarreness and that that bizarreness is what makes it exceptionally beautiful."

Anyway, here is my take on the challenge. Last photo is a little reference that SF members will understand. I didn't go out today wearing watch like that - quod licet Iovi non licet bovi!

I feel bad because my rules are definitely a bit cloudy. Maybe I'll leave them both....because I love that suit smile.gif

You are now included with those strong entries, B. I like thag a lot.

My entry might be more "casual with one CM element" lol. Let the masses judge.bigstar[1].gif

I had one other fit this week that would probably be closer to the spirit of this challenge (more CM with some casual-ified elements) but my pics sucked.

I tried, but I don't think what I'm wearing today is ready for FC primetime...

Already changed. Watching Mythbusters with my boys.

Here's me at the grand opening of a new clinic I'll be associated with here in Shanghai.

As it so happens, I didn't have anything even vaguely approaching suitable footwear, so the "casual" element of my entry - these C&J Exmoors in waxed suede - are in fact the result of a forced hand.

Yep, same one. Custom pattern from Ring Jacket in an Artison wool/mohair. Thanks!

Many great things, the concept was pretty inspiring.

Spring is back in Paris, I'm also wearing some Edwin blue jeans and some John Lobb Loafers, which can't be seen on the pictures

Several casual elements: cashmere skull cap, camo coat, knit tie, OCBD, jeans, and tassel loafers.
