I'm glad to hear you think both of them are really good, that's reassuring; what I think I'll do is see if Steed get back to me over the weekend. If they do I'll try to meet with them on Monday/Tuesday, if not, I'll just move on and go with R&F with whom I've had a good impression anyway.

So what did you go for in the end?

Eventually went for Redwood & Feller.

I was running out of time and had a really good feeling about R&F. Also quite happy with the fact they suits are fully made in England (cut in London, then assembled up North, not far from Manchester). I've had the first fitting and I'm now waiting to see the final result (which should be in a bit more than two weeks now).

Looking forward to it

I'm a little curious about how the suit turned out, so feel free to post pictures when it´s finished :D

Just the first fitting so far, here are a few pictures:

A few tweaks planned already, such as shortening the jacket.

And there you go.

To those of you who were wondering what the suit might look like in the end, here it is (sorry the picture's in B&W).

Really, really pleased with the whole suit and waistcoat. Got a lot of compliments about it, too. I would totally recommend R&F and hopefully will get another suit from them as soon as possible.
