Steel.

I've only seen one owned by a TheWAT bro.  And it was a different colour.

Is it the all black red bar crew version?

So you quite like Panerais then?

My new watch is not a Panerai.

It is coming tomorrow *dance*

So, this probably belongs in the poor man's watch thread, but its gold and old and I like this thread better, so here is my new addition to the family:

Serial says its from the late 40's, so either this is a redial or it was beautifully preserved. I am not a serious collector, so I dont really care either way. I have been wanting a dress watch, preferably in gold to match my wedding ring and with a small seconds hand. This ticks all the boxes, especially the price I paid...

It absolutely belongs here. Consider your watch, appreciated.

Ha ha, no...

It was my nickname from the English boys on my college soccer team and stayed with me while I lived in the UK. First time I have ever been asked about it...

I suppose you have to be English and over 40 to think of it.

Anyway, great watch! Old, smaller watches are such classy dress watches. My steel 1970 Omega thinks so anyway, even if it wasn't originally a dress watch.
