They've got some on the shoebank for $199 I believe.

Gentlemen,

Wanted to share with you my positive experience. I am not affiliated with the manufacturer or the retailer.

I was in the market for a shoe rack and decided to give this a try. With shoes all over the place, it was getting quite annoying. This was easy to assemble, and to my surprise, quite sturdy. Can't comment on the longevity, yet. Of course, it's nothing fancy. But hey, for sub $40, I can't complain.

P.S. Now if I can get my act together and sell some of the pairs that I don't wear, I will have room for more shoes smile.gif

Since I'm easily distracted at home, I've gone to campus to do some studying. I have a Final on Tuesday and then I fly out to Seattle on Thursday to reunite with a group of my old undergrad buddies for some boating and partying. These Maritimes will be receiving plenty of love. I'll be sure to stop in at the Pike Place Market and take a shoe photo with some Starbucks to keep the tradition alive.

Love the rack, this is a perfect solution for barn weasels

(except maybe the odd motivation to fill all slots in the rack).

Suggestion:

You've removed that third row from the bottom to give yourself a row with boot height...

but then you've lost the third row altogether, a loss of 1 row of 4 pairs.

If you add that third row back,

remove the very bottom row and place your boots on the floor,

you get the entire row back and

viola! room for 4 additional pairs.

You are a clever barn weasel smile.gif I didn't think of that. I will try, but it may become unstable.

I like where they're going, though, and Paul's commitment to not standing still and collecting dust and mold (cough Alden cough).

Looks like the lining has been stained black on the edges -

I think that would help "the look" on the AE shoes - you can currently see too much light colored lining edge

which the shoe is being worn -
