Oxblood McGregor for Monday shenanigans. Left one is slightly darker. Guess I'll have to sun that one...

Love the Liverpool, just like the description "fits like a glove"

Is that a special sole?  Mine are different.

Not in the 2.0 suede.  It fits bigger.  I downsized to 1/2 size.

I am wearing mistake McT, as well. It's almost light enough to fill the walnut slot.

What are those boots in the lower left?  Oxblood?

I got my pair on Saturday and just had my first full day out with them today. I'm a 12B in most shoes but sometimes find an 11.5C or 11D that fit me well. I saw a pair for sale by dabondo1 on that looked barely worn in 11D. I happened to be stopping by one of the manhattan stores so I tried on a pair of 11D. With my loafer socks, they fit perfect, so I said what the hell and ordered them. Came saturday and I can't be happier. I might even be happier than if they were new. The pervious owner, who obviously hadn't worn them much at all, had a topy put on which seems thicker than a normal topy. The soles are thin on these so it beefed up the front, while leaving plenty of thin space for it to flex! They might be my most comfortable loafer.

Both are on the 555, and the Sea Islands fit waaayyyyy tighter. Don't know if it's the fairly open lacing stance of the Maritimes or the desire by AE that the Sea Islands should be more snug, but I had to jam my feet in them. Putting shoe trees in overnight seemed to help a lot, though. Super cozy too.

It does if you step hard enough! Not with every step, but when I'm feeling jaunty they do :-)

Make that a three-peat:

Mine seem to be darkening quickly, and the side panels are darker than the rest, just like yours, @cc808314

Last Monday's Merlot: my burgundy shell Cambridges.

It's been so hot, I just haven't felt like wearing shell, but was glad I did. Loving the cherry color these are developing.

Oh, and I was bitten by a filthy barnweasel yesterday.  TWICE!

The doctor stitched and dressed my wounded wallet (although it was more of a scratch) and drew some blood for a few tests.  Results should be coming in later this week.  Will let you know the prognosis then...

Brush shine or spit shine?

What's the preference?
