If you're in Melbourne, go to Urahara in Smith Street or Corlection in town. Sydney has Corlection and a place called Blue Works. There are plenty of Japanese brands that cut sensible, wearable jeans. I personally like Tank, but Japan Blue are also good and reasonably priced.

What are your go-to brands for Jeans? I did not realise that finding a nice pair of jeans that are not overly skinny or aggressively tapered was a difficult task, unless I am just looking in the wrong places.
Another vote for Berg and Berg. I mainly wear their Arthuro jeans in light and mid-wash (made in Italy, high-rise, only slightly tapered) and my indigo Type 133S from Bryceland’s. I’d give Drakes a miss; inconsistent quality and sizing.

Im looking for suggestions for a good Brisbane weather jacket or similar.
MJ bales good stuff is $649 and I can go to a tailorontheroad for $800.

I was thinking 2nd hand for best bang for the buck but I don't know where the good stuff is.
When i went and got sized by MJ Bale they said I was a size 40. As I know jackets are worth getting a decent one in I'm trying to get the best bang for my buck.

Spending $800 does seem i bit silly really but I don't know what is a good budget new or used is so I am open to suggestions and recommendations.
