Very nice!

I remember playing through those on the French horn many years ago. They were the repertoire I most often came back to, and surprisingly quick to memorise as they are... logical. You couldn't write it any other way, in a way you end up "deriving" the rest of the piece. And it's great music. Please let me know if you plan to perform them in Singapore.

This was at a private art gallery in Shanghai. We had a full house, very attentive audience they were too.

Now that I know it's within my range to do this, I'm thinking I might repeat the exercise in Melbourne some time. Maybe at the Meat Market in North Melbourne. (No, it's not a gay bar.)

As music goes, it probably doesn't have the immediate appeal of Bieber (that's Justin, not Carl Heinrich) or Gaga or Adele. But some people are hep to it.

And hey, waddayagunnerdo? Learn to sing? I think I'll just stick with what I know.

Cool I've the Yo Yo Ma recording Nunero 1 is my personal favourite. Never seen them preformed live. Would be interested if you do.

Ma is good. Bylsma is better. Get Bylsma. He's a genius and that recording is a revelation. (The 1979 version. I haven't heard the one he did in the 90s.)
