Alternative to Vince.

Thread Starter

I have recently begun to really get into the styling of Vince, but I keep hearing they are overpriced for what they offer. Any better valued brands with similar styling (preppy basics with an edge)? I appreciate their slim cuts and things like their:

5 pocket slim stretch chinos

pima cotton tshirts and henleys

cashmere sweaters

interesting jackets and shoes

All their stuff is simple but interesting to me, but I realize the quality for money ratio isnt there. I effectively am wondering if there are brands with similar styling but better quality.

Theory is a popular minimalist brand with some overlap in categories.

Apc and acne studios are as well.

You're not going to get the exact same things. Vince does tend to discount, so if you really like Vince be patient.

I'm getting the sense that at least half the brands out there describe themselves as "classic with a twist," or some variation of that.
