I've laid off the gym for upper body stuff for about 2.5 weeks now because of a pesky case of tennis elbow in my right arm. it really fucking sucks. I had tennis elbow earlier in December too (same right arm) and it healed solidly well within a month.. but it's developed again and it definitely feels like it's healing slower than the first time.

I just don't get why I keep getting tennis elbow. I've been working out pretty consistently for a year and it's only recently that it's been flaring up. Driving me nuts.
Used to suffer from that a lot. Started using heavy elbow sleeves and it cleared to a point where I don't need them any more. If only my fkn rotator cuff would heal now!

Do those sleeves actually, really work? I just can't imagine how they offer any benefit whatsoever. At this point, I'm tempted to get one just because I'm so frustrated..

I found the compression of the area to really help. I've got the double ply ones. The only problem is getting them on and off when you're a bit beat up/sweaty. I suppose muscle floss would do the same but I found when I put that on tight enough to help, it cuts off the blood supply to my hands!
Bottom line, they're cheap and if they offer some relief, great. If not, you're out 40 bucks.
These are mine.

Thanks for the rec. I just ordered some and they're coming in tomorrow. I really hope they help with the tendinitis. Ugh.
