I've laid off the gym for upper body stuff for about 2.5 weeks now because of a pesky case of tennis elbow in my right arm. it really fucking sucks. I had tennis elbow earlier in December too (same right arm) and it healed solidly well within a month.. but it's developed again and it definitely feels like it's healing slower than the first time.
I just don't get why I keep getting tennis elbow. I've been working out pretty consistently for a year and it's only recently that it's been flaring up. Driving me nuts.
