Size 9.5D Allen Edmonds Natural/Whiskey Custom Chukka - Mint Condition
Item Description
Offered is an absolute mint pair of Allen Edmonds shell cordovan Dundee chukka's.These shoes are a 2015 MTO and are made in a shade of cordovan that is no longer available (think rich shade of Alden whiskey). Additionally, these shoes have been worn once on and have been enhanced with a high-quality, stitched-on topy to further the life of the soles. Always check the pictures without trees as they tell the true story. They clearly show minimal creasing as the shoes were only worn for a few hours. There is so much to love about these shoes that it is hard to list it all. The three eyelet model gives the shoe a much better fit and feel than the two-eyelet Alden model. The exposed eyelets are not the bright brass often seen, but a more subdued and classy color. Given the unavailability of Alden whisky, as well as AE's decision to discontinue this shade, these shoes can be considered true unicorns. I am only selling these due to fit issues. They were formed on the 511 last and they are simply too big for me. Please understand your AE sizing as I cannot accept returns. The shoes will ship with custom black AE cloth shoe bag and the original AE shoe box (though I will take $10 off the final bid price if the buyer does not want the box).
The only issue with these shoes is a barely-noticeable slight unevenness on the right shoe. I have enhanced pictures 6 & 7 in an attempt to highlight the issue. As a result of this, AE has agreed to recraft and redye the shoes. I declined their offer because I didn't want that rich shade of whiskey changed. However, the shoes do include a free recraft (a $125 value). I will forward the email from AE to the winning bidder. Last picture includes a pair of Alden suede wingtips that I will be listing shortly. Feel free to make me an offer on the wingtips.

The reasons are many, all of my items are ready for immediate use. No need for resoles, repairs, or even shines. I own so many that none of them get much use and as such, are in great shape. Additionally, my prices are the best on eBay. I'm not trying to get rich. Simply to move some high-quality merchandise at great prices. Lastly, I follow through on my transactions. Shipping speed is commensurate with payment speed.
