The jury is still out on the sleeves. I only had one proper workout in them because the original size I got was too large and I had to order another one.

To be honest, I just can't see how it can have any impact whatsoever when "all it does" is place moderate compression on the elbow. I've been using lighter weights and all and my tendinitis has subsided quite a bit, which is nice.
