Shame that I just started working in 2011 and those Ravello LWBs were pretty big hit for me. :satisfied:

@hyper007 I am a 12D Brannock and 11Ds in my 403s and they are very comfortable with thin/medium socks.

On the hunt for the now discontinued 904's: wingtips in mocha kid suede. 9.5D is my size. I have checked:

Shoemart
North River Outfitters
Alden DC, SF, and Madison
Alden hq
Lawrence Covell
Pelle Line
Sherman Bros.
O'Connell
Leather Soul
Carroll and Company
Benton Knight
Hunt Club Clothier

The last two were suggestions from Alden hq. Other stores?

My eyes have been opened to the wonders of kid suede.

No, it is not. Group runs for rare shell are not being accepted by retailers as they have very little (next to none!) allocation of these shells.

Alden for Epaulet - Alpine Grain Taunton Captoe. These boots run a little tighter than some of my other barrie lasted boots. I'm guessing the leather isn't as forgiving. They took forever to break in, but now they're some of my favorites. Don't have to worry about these bad larry's in snow/rain.

Looking good Erik, it's nice to have a boot that can get wet. :-)

Hope that you enjoyed them!

GlenKaren water resistant polish is amazing.  It penetrates, rather than sitting on top.  Read his blog post on the concept here.
