Not my style, but I'm not a chukka guy. I'd rather choose the full-height Indy boot (which I have).

seems a little busy with the short height, 6 eyes, and moc stitching. make it a plaintoe 6 eye chukka and I'd be in immed

I agree 100%......a little too much going on for me

I would have totally gone for it if I didn't already have a color 8 chukka. I think it looks killer.

But then again, I'm totally a chukka guy...

Ahh, 110 today but it's a dry heat.. Sure!

Well I grabbed these on eBay tonight. I'm hoping they're as good as they look in the pix (and fit). If they work out, I might eventually send them to AH One and have them converted to antique (and fix the issue in the lining of the heel - guessing Alden won't do that...).

It was fun doing this. I'm glad I let @gatszu badger me into buying these 1339c's on sale instead of holding off for longer (as I had been doing) waiting for the AF18AD5706C, or 13394C to go on sale.

And some more pics comparing my first attempt (975's) to the second (1339c). I tried using a darker polish (AE Dark Chili, vs Walnut base with  Dark Chili on top) on these to darken the edge a bit, looks like it worked. *sidenote, check out the difference color 8 shades!

The Indys make the Saturday outing to get in line with my 14-year-old to get the new "hyped OG Jordan 8 Metallics" - I'm not entirely sure what all of that means (other than a Jordan shoe), but see where it is coming from...

Lovely looking Natty CXL Indy Boots. Looking nice and comfy today!

White welt stitching is just a bonus which I didn't notice earlier. Few pics -

Hey does anyone know of a retailer selling Snuff Suede LHS with the light stitching on the dark welt? I've seen two versions .. one with light stitching and one with the dark stitching. Thanks..

Those Ravello LHSes are looking absolutely superb.

NeedSupply also putting them on sale didn't hurt either lol. Now I just have to wait for the weather to be sub 90+ degrees so I can actually wear them.

My shot. I love the texture of the rough out chamois style leather. Can't wait to see how well they age.

Again, that is one great makeup. Reverse Chamois is a great leather. Enjoy!

I have a theory. Mac's shoes always look spectacular but used- very well cared for. The Mayor's also look spectacular but most don't seem used at all. I would like to see sole shots for illumination.

Maybe they are used mostly indoors. If so, well played. smile.gif

Hi, gents. I'm wondering if I'd install metal toe plate. Is it effective to prevent from wearing?  If install, which company is recommend ? Thank you for your opinions.
