This is my first attempt at 'mirror toeing'. I managed to get the right one smooth as glass but the left just didn't fare the same way. Oh well, I tried.

These are my oldest pair of shells. Whiskey LHS from TSM circa 2007.

These aren't even close in shine to MrVenneri Whiskey LHS's. These are circ 2012, my most worn Alden by a long shot.

Both of your boots are looking very good. Those NSTs are looking very nicely roughed out.

A lot of great loafer action gentlemen! International men of leisure. Excellent shine @MrVenneri, those almost look Ravello.

Shameless pimping trying to help get a C&J GMTO done. We only need a few more.

Imagine this in brown cordovan (probably with no medallion).

See latest posts for more info regarding the medallion.

Current exchange rate puts them at under $800.
Crockett & Jones cordovan for Alden money should be a no brainer.
Also, new trade legislation goes into effect the 10th (I think) raising duty free amount to $800.

These C&J gmto's are no doubters for anyone into Alden shell. I'm not in this boot but for anyone who would kill for an Alden cigar boot...this is a no brainer

Thanks gentlemen, these are actually amonst my first pairs actually. Alden DC just had them in 10C on the shelf several years back. I took a co worker with me and bought these plus a Cigar Shell and Whiskey Shell belt at the same time. My coworker almost passed out when I checked out and just didn't understand why I was so excited. Needless to say that I no longer take colleagues with me.

I would guess that these have something in the ballpark of 30 wearings, but I am not 100% sure as I didn't count that stuff back then.
