Would LOVE to see some pix!
What kind of structure does the unlined suede chukka have?
I read somewhere that the toe isn't completely floppy and there's a bit of a liner at the tip.
Is there a structured heel cup or is this boot literally a sock on a sole?
As far as color, I have the following and wanted to get some feedback on adding diversity to my shoe rack:
I currently have:
- Tan suede Alden Indy (needsupply makeup) on commando sole
- Walnut AE Cornwallis (oxford)
- Black calf AE Carlyle (oxford)
- Bourbon AE mora (monk)
- Medium brown chocolate rambler Rancourt boots
I'm trying to decide if the snuff would overlap too much with the tan, brown, walnut, and I should go for the black suede.
I also haven't seen too many real-life pictures of the black suede and if they show a tremendous amount of lint & always look dusty.
Otherwise, I think that the black looks sharp against the antique/natural edging, at least when shoe trees on in them.
