FYI guys, Wensum owns Cheshire Bespoke and makes in UK/Mauritius/China under different factory names

Interest check: I've got a Chester Barrie (mainline but not made in England) dark tan / green linen jacket available in 42S (though not hugely short). Half-lined, two button, double vent. If there is interest I can get photos / measurements. Would prefer to send only within UK.

I'd be interested pending pictures/measurements/price.

Sure, pictures and measurements coming tonight. I'm sorry it doesn't fit me, I've been looking for a mid-brown / dark tan linen jacket for a while and found mostly light tan (and often fully lined, frustratingly).

Sorry to do this in a rush, but on that jacket:

18" Shoulders 22" pit-to-pit 31" total length at back.

No natural light available, so please assume colours are slightly darker and richer than depicted. #1 gets closest. It's 100% Italian linen, and fairly creased right now.

Buttoning point.

Unlined back

Branding

Sleeve lining etc.

Thanks.

What is the sleeve length?

Davidazio has pre-empted my question, also how far is the buttoning point from the top of the collar - the buttoning point can be too high on short jackets for me and that's probably the easiest way to get a fixed point measurement without trying it on.

It's a nice colour - better than the usual beige/sand linen jackets.

I make the sleeve 24" from shoulder to cuff, at least when I measure it on the hanger. Almost 2" of extra material in the fold by the feel of it. No holes or shams on the buttons so easy to move.

Buttoning point is fairly low (this I think CB has got much better than the Italians / imitation Italians). I make it 19.5" from the top (measuring from the top of the collar, again when on the hanger).

And just so you're aware, I'm going to be unable to post anything after Friday morning for about 10 days. Cheers.

Too short in the sleeve for me sadly - it's a shame because it looks like a lovely jacket.

Thanks for taking the measurements for me, it's appreciated.

Looks good to me, just an old label.
