Hairstyle Advice Needed

Hey everyone, I just found this forum and I've seen lots of great advice so far.

I'm looking for hairstyle advice. I usually get it cut very short, let it grow out for a month or so until I would really need to start styling it, and then get it cut again. Most mornings I just shower and make sure the hair isn't sticking up funny anywhere, but I really don't put much into it because I don't know what to do.

I think for your age I would suggest either getting it cut short more frequently than once a month or going the other way and letting it grow long all over. With your wiry hair the in between length is a problem. Go for one or the other.
