Definitly a paste and only a teaspoon used. It will be hard to recreate because a stylist would have done that and therefore you will need someone above pushing your hair forward while hitting all the right areas with th paste. GL though.

Just buy a dozen different pastes/ mouses/ gels/ wax and try them out.

You do realize that the question you ask is almost impossible to answer and even if someone would guess what product the person uses, everyones hair is different and reacts differently to products so chances of you using the exactly the same product and having the same outcome are about 125,000-1.

王力宏's hair isn't anything special, that's just your pretty typical fob haircut with some gatsby wax or clay. Go to any HK ish area around you and go to a salon, and show the stylist that haircut and he will set you straight. edit: funny, just as I finished this post, one of his songs started playing.

Before you even think of styling that particular hair style you need to get your hair cut so that you can style in that manner.

Be honest with your hair, and your face. Can you really see that hair on you, or do you just really like how it looks on him? I used to like certain hair-styles (actually, still do) but frankly I don't have the hair or face for it. After a few bad attempts I simply gave up. Mind you perhaps a salon can manage wonders, but there are limits to even what they can do. Or, rather, maybe they can do it but it might just be the creation of Frankenstein's monster.

Do some research. Pull in some friends (preferably of the feminine variety) to give you advice on what looks good. They'll know you so they can give a fairly good idea of what they find attractive. Then show up at a salon (or, in my case, a friend who happens to be a wizard at this) and see what they can do.

I am confused why asian guys think this cut looks good on them. Looks like sh!t to me. I think the best looking asian males I've seen sport the style where you comb your hair toward the front and spike it while keeping the top patch and sides flushed against the skin with gel.

Well I guess you like vietnamese ricers, but I personally get tired because they all look the same.
