As the title states, I used to compete in Olympic style lifting in my younger days and was pretty serious. Real life intervened and I've been out of the gym for some time. I'm now 33 and want to do a bodyweight routine and flexibility/mobility work to prepare for weights again. I'll be doing this in my home (I'll build a garage gym eventually, with power rack, platform, etc. as I find deals) and I don't yet have any equipment besides a jump rope. Thoughts or recommendations? Are there any well-established plans out there to strengthen joints and improve muscle balance/posture I should be looking at?
