Don't know if you read it, but there was a NYTimes piece on one of Edwards' biggest verdicts, and claimed that he argued completely incorrect science -- medical theory that is completely wrong -- to convince a jury that doctors had acted improperly. he is such a charming guy. I like Edwards and think he's a real rising star in the Democratic Party, but soem lawyers, and how they stretch the truth and yes, the Constitution, to fit their cases make me retch.
