Use the link that has [ img]http://ww.blahblah......jpg[/img] rather than [img] etc.

Don't forget that Tom Hanks also played alcoholic Uncle Ned on a couple of Family Ties episodes.

I played D&D from the original box-set, which I suppose makes me the nerd-father

I have not, however, played "live D&D" or any of its perverse variants, nor have I ever played MUDs and their offspring, the MMORPGs.

As for grammar corrections, I am a pedant. I like to think, however, that I have some sense of humour about it.

+1 on all of the above. I've probably spent years in total tabletop gaming time, but LARPing just never held the slightest interst for me. I have a copy of Neverwinter Nights somewhere, but I never managed to play it in a group setting. That Zork box brings back some memories--me, my brother, our Apple IIe, some graph paper to map out the level, lots of oreos . . .

I used to be a copy editor, so puntuation still jumps out at me, but I try to hold it in check. Some posts, however, are unreadable.

That was intentional, right?

I had meant to throw an error in there, but not *that* one.
