This is a Cockpit USA jacket.

Tom Hardy Purchased the Jacket himself, then used it in the shoot. He and the store owner sent us some great shots the day he purchased the jacket.

I just saw this, sorry it took so long.

Most likely yes. Looking at your link and then the pics of Tom wearing the jacket, the shoulder seam detailing is especially evident.

Thanks for this, I have been wondering about the brand of that jacket since that Esquire issue came out.

I can 100% Gurantee this is a cockpit jacket,
I am a partner at Cockpit USA, and saw the shots the day he got the jacket. The photographer, his friend, told him to wear his own clothes for the shoot, then was kind enough to send us the shots.

Very cool, thanks again for posting this. I own a cockpit leather peacoat and it's a great piece I regularly wear in winter.

A question about your sizing: for the Hardy jacket, would a 42 correspond roughly to a size large?

with that jacket you are not leaving room for much underneath, it is WARM!! I think you would be fine with a 42, where as with most other jackets I would say size up to leave a bit of room for a sweater etc.

Can anyone help me identify this coat? Any leads on how I can get my hands on one? All else fails anyone have suggestions for similar shearling coats? Thanks!!
